If you provided a valid email address when you ordered, you will receive two emails:
- The first confirms your order.
- The second confirms your shipment.
Is your order late?
When trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, you should consider the following:- Credit card approval must be received prior to processing your order.
- Shipping only occurs on business days – Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
- Expedited delivery is not available on Saturday or Sunday.
- There are certain holidays that carriers do not pickup or deliver.
Tracking your order
Registered users may track their order status from the 'Your Account' section of the website. At this time, it is only possible to track orders placed after you register with SpeedoUSA.com. To track an order placed before registering, please contact us.Registered users can check order status by selecting 'Your Account' from the upper toolbar from anywhere within the SpeedoUSA.com site. After login with your user name and password, click on the 'Order History' link. Click on the 'Order#' (Order Id) to obtain order and shipment detail information. If your order was shipped via UPS or FedEx (expedited delivery), a tracking number will appear on a button next to the 'Tracking Number' field. By clicking the button, you can track you package shipment status.
