|| The Suction Test. ||
Press the goggle to your eyes to achieve a slight suction effect. If the goggle sticks to your face momentarily, then this indicates a good fit.
Proper adjustment of the nosepiece is essential for both comfort and a watertight seal. To avoid water intake, slide the lenses closer together or further apart, one notch at a time, until the fit is perfect.

|| adjusting the headstrap ||
The headstrap is used to hold the goggle in place. Tighter is not necessarily better, as this may cause marking around the eyes. Adjust the tension on the headstrap until a comfortable fit is achieved.

|| Fitting Your Goggle ||
With goggles in position on face, stretch the headstrap over the back of the head. The headstrap should rest on the crown of the head at about a 45-degree angle to prevent leakage. If leaking persists, continue to make adjustments.
|| Caring For Your Goggle ||
To obtain the maximum benefit, keep lenses free from dirt and grease. After each use, wash your goggle gently in clear cold water. DO NOT wipe or rub the inside of the lens of the goggle. Use Speedo® Anti-fog drops to prolong the life of the fog resistance.
|| Caution / Eye Safety Warning ||
These goggles are intended for swimming only. Use care in adjusting and removing all swim goggles especially when wet. DO NOT use goggles if your skin is broken. Discontinue use immediately if irritation arises.
