Yet another Jammer to add to my growing collection of Speedo Training/Competitive racing gear. This one was a bit smaller than expected at the waist, but no so much as to warrant a return. Besides, it provides incentive to do more ab work!!!!!

Fit is good, fabric has held up well over two years using twice per week. Center stitching started coming apart. Good except for the stitching thread

I swim 3-4 times a week in a pool for triathlon training. I am fit but not exactly a flat belly. I buy a suit 2 inches larger in the waist to keep muffin top to a minimum, (don't want to look like a 10 pound sauage in a 5 pound casing). If you have less than 10-15% body fat, buy the correct size, if not, I would recommend you buy one size up. The endurance suits are perfect for pool training as they don't wear out and are seemingly impervious to the effects of Chlorine.
