Top was way to small but the idea was super cute. I am not big breasted but there just wasn't enough material up top and would not look right with a suit underneath.I had to return the cover-up.

    I wasn't crazy about how some of my swimsuits looked under the dress because of the design of the straps. Nice material. Wore it to a waterpark and around my hotel pool while on vacation.
