My 9 year old daughter swims every day at the local club. I bought her 4 suits this summer-- a tankini, 2 bikinis and this 1 piece suit. I was shocked that she chose to wear this suit every single day over the other more trendy suits. She said it was the most comfortable, she didnt have to worry about it sliding up/down and she LOVED the fit (she especially likes the slip-free material on the bottom area). She is a typical 9 year old that wants to look stylish so I was shocked she chose a 1 piece. Even with all this use, the colors stayed strong. The material started looking a bit worn by mid-July so I bought the same suit in a different color. She is on swim team and diving team and very active. This suit fits her slight but athletic frame perfect. I have never written a review before, but I am sold on this swimming suit!

Love Speedo quality and more conservative cut but had to sew darts in lower back and at neckline (hiding sewing in the seams) to prevent gapping in this swimsuit for my 4'8", 66 lb, slim-built daughter. Last year's Speedo fit fine so may just be where my daughter is at in her growing years. Will still come back to Speedo next summer!
