The fins, you can tell they're good. Out of the water they seem to fit perfectly since I have a wide foot but thinner talon but when I get into the water they become lose but just a little making it quite hard to kick. Other than that I think they're awesome for short strong kicking (something you have to get used to with this fins and it's cool)

I use the fins during my swimming workout and also a training tools for the swimmers I coach.

Have not had any trouble with blisters or bad foot cramping

Good training fin for trining drills. I did have some chafing on my toes after long use, so a swim sock may be helpful for some

Nice and light weight. Can't comment on the ruggedness as I haven't had them long enough yet.

I just love these fins! I am a beginner swimmer who received these as a gift from a friend to strengthen my kick and to build up endurance. I've been using these fins for 7 months and they are still as great as when i first received them. Thank you Speedo for coming out with an awesome fin!
