I am a competitive swimmer and I swim everyday. I bought the center snokel for my drills training and so I need the nose clip to prevent water entering into my nose and hurts my sinus. I tried different nose clips but found this is the best one as it is comfortable and keeps the water completely out of my nose for my entire workout. I am glad that I bought 2. I would recommend this product to everyone.

If you need a nose clip, this is your ticket to comfort. It's more comfortable than the harder plastic ones and it fits on your nose so that it doesn't interfer with goggles.
It's probably a good idea to put it on after you have entered the water. If you jump or dive in the water with it on, you may lose it (and I'm speaking from experience). But once your in the water and put it on, it stays in place and doesn't slip off or move.
