Comments about SPEEDO Begin to Swim Float Coach:

Agree with previous comments adding that I didn't know front from back. Had to guess & guessed wrong, so changing it around when wet was a bear. Second time used we put it on dry & my 3 yr. old grandson fussed but when he kept his hands straight up it went on fine. I figured out that the bottom strap cover can easily be turned around on the strap to provide the right cushioning. Once fitted and secured I was pretty happy but why not put a small strap at top of back (or across the back) so the adult can grab it when assisting the child. think Speedo can design a much better product & I don't think it should cost much more!

Comments about SPEEDO Begin to Swim Float Coach:

This seemed like a good choice as it would provide great mobility and superior comfort over vest style floatation. In reality it is very difficult to get on. If speedo would have put a buckle on one side this would be a much better product. I struggle to get it on my 2yr old.

Can't get this product over my 3 year old grandson's head. It needs buckles not elastic on the sides to be usable.

Great vest with one huge drawback

Comments about SPEEDO Begin to Swim Float Coach:

My 4 yr old dtr has used this vest for 2 days. It holds her up welll while still giving her the freedom to be upright, on her back or on her front. She is easily able to flip around herself equally in all directions. The drawback is the leg strap. She asks to take it off because it hurts her bum. The buoyancy of the front and back sections force the strap up and the flimsy 'protector' does nothing to keep the strap from embedding into her bum. I am currently shopping for a more user friendly floatation vest for her.
