The sound quality is great. If wearing these under a swim cap I found it best to remove them from the plastic casing that goes around the ear and just put the earbuds in your ear under the swim cap.The trick to keeping them in is wearing the neoprane head band which is I believe is sold either on this site or swim outlet. If keeping head above water, then keep in the plastic casing.
I have two sets of headphones, one for swimming with my face it water, wearing them without the plactic casing and one for the breast stoke with the plastic casing.

The mp3 is an excellent product. The earphones are a little tricky to wear the first time, but after that, it becomes easy to use it. If you ear is too big for the plastic part.. relax!, just remove it and that´s all. The earphones will stay in their place and won´t get water inside them.

Have had to reformat the drive several times. Earphones have to be perfect to work. Radio doesn't work underwater.
But when it does work it is great. The other day it worked and I swam 3.25 miles and I weigh over 400 pounds. Love the music.

the right ear of the waterproof earphone doesn't work any more somehow! Only after 2 months normal use......

I bought the MP3 player almost 2 years ago and the headphones just stopped working last week. (each side within days of eachother.) They are comfortable, easy to use, and long lasting. Ordering new headphones today.

I swim 3 or 4 times a week and have had zero issues with these headphones. I swim 3 or 4 times and week and have had these for a year. To date no issues.

I will say they are a little tricky to get them on the first time. Also, the cord is a bit too long since I hook the Aqua beat onto my Speedo Swimming Goggles, but, I just tuck it under the back strap of my goggles. Gotta to say this has been one of best gifts I have recieved in a while. It is so cool to swim with these and believe me it is a talk piece with other swimmers.

I love this device, however, the earphones broke within a few weeks of use. The earpiece fell off. I am buying a replacement set but sure hope this pattern doesn't continue.

I love the mp3 player when swimming laps, but the headphones are not so great. Hurts around the back of the ear, rubber part that fits into ear falls off.

I got them as a Christmas gift. One of the earpieces leaked the first time I used them and never worked again. The piece that goes around the ear is too small for my ear and hurts. I haven't used them in a year. I just ordered a replacement pair. Hopefully Speedo has made improvements in the last year!
