Perfect for most forms of swimming. Its design creates a guaranteed water tight fit and allows for ample nose room. I have been buying this style for the last 5 years now for all my lap swimming. The only (minor) issue I have is that the anti-fog coating seems to wear out in a couple weeks even after taking care to not touch the inside of the lenses and rinse them after each use.

This is the first review that I have written about any product that I have purchased from speedo and I am sorry to say that there is nothing positive about it. I bought these goggles for a lifeguard certification class but also planned on using them for swim practice. I have swam for several years and never before have I had issues with their products except for now. First of all they are the most uncomfortable competition goggles I have ever used. They do not have a rounded edge around the eye socket and this makes for a uncomfortable fit and causes lines. There is about an inch of band that is adjustable, so unless you have a tiny head, they will be too small. The three nose pieces that came with the order are cheap plastic that do not fit right and the size that was closest to mine, allowed for water to leak in the right eye. They are not scratch resistant whatsoever. They are good for about 3 laps before they need adjusting or fog up. The only thing good I will say is that they have a good range of vision and the tint is good for outdoor lap pools. Overall, I would definitley not reccomend these.
I like these most of the different Speedo goggle variations I have purchased over the past few years. I do get some "raccoon eyes" after a long swim, but the clarity and field of view are worth it.
I use this for competitive practice and meets, they rarely fog up (as long as you care for them). The fit is snug which is good for competition. They're a little snug when you first use them, but they are really good once you break them in.
These are great goggles. I have had to switch away from them during practice because after a 2 hour practice I can't feel my eyes. They are great for races but not great for practice. The rubber around the lenses are more comfortable on the vanquisher 2.0 because they are more rounded and fit better. A lot of people I swim with use them too, so obviously they are a fan favorite. I would not recommend these goggles to someone that isn't to serious about swimming, but for me they are perfect.

These are great goggles for lapping out in a pool, open-water swimming, or competition. I use them for triathlon training/competition and have zero complaints. Great value for the price!
I tried 2 pair of the Vanquisher series that you can find on this site also. I did not care for those less expensive goggles. They fog up right away and leak after a few weeks of use. If you are a serious swimmer the Speed Socket goggle is a much better choice and worth the extra money. They don't leak although they take a little getting used to 'feel wise' around the eyes. These Speed Socket goggles don't fog up easily but will eventually but almost any goggle will. I have not had the guts to pay for $100 pair yet but I can't imagine needing anything better than what these offer for the money.
The product looks good but the case cracked during shipping (I ordered 2 and one of the two cases broke). The case does not appear to be that strong and too bulky for the product.
No problems with the goggles thus far, bought these as a back up to my vanquisher plus goggles because the clip had snapped on them. I like the thicker strap on these over the vanquishers.
