These goggles are perfect for my lap swims. They are not intended as a competition goggle, but if you are looking for a comfortable and affordable training goggle for workouts give these a try. (I swim in an outdoor pool and got the smoke-tinted lenses. They protect my eyes from the bright sun, but don't hamper my visibility.)

I bought 5 pairs of blue/green Hydrospex 5 years ago and have happily worn them out. Was given a pair of the current blue model. Aside for disliking the color for ocean swimming, they sometimes leak in the corners. It seems like the nose piece is wider than on the model I've been wearing. Wish I could still get my old favorites.
These are my favorite goggles. I tried many others when I couldn't find these locally and was always unhappy and ended up giving them away. When I discovered I could get the Hydrospex Classic Goggle online I was in goggle heaven. I will never switch.
These goggles will break right i n the middle of the nose piece within 4 months otherwise they are great goggles that fit well and do not leak but they will fog up!
This product was recommended to me by a customer care rep. I was told it was a good replacement for the discontinued pro anti-fog. It is not. Without the adjustable nosepiece it is unusable for me.

The most amazing thing about these goggles is that they do not leak. Although there is no adjustment for the bridge/space between eyes, they fit perfectly. Also, they leave no mark so no raccoon eyes. The purple color is very cool too. My expectations are exceeded.
I've been happy with this product since I first bought a pair several years ago and continue to buy only Hydrospex. It's what I recommend to all my friends. The only problem I've ever noticed is that the goggles do eventually start to fog, but using the Speedo Anti-Fog Solution every 2-3 times I swim, I can make them last till I can order another pair!
These goggles provide a snug fit AND are very comfortable. Minimal "goggle eyes" after swimming, perhaps due to the pressure being distributed over a wider area. Though described as recreational, I did wear these in an open water swim (Long Island Sound), and they were perfect! No leaks; stayed secure.
