The cap really protects the pool water from drying my hair out. It stay on my head without slipping off after one hour of swimming laps!! I wouldn't exchange my silicone cap for any other cap!! I am sticking to my caps as long as I am able to swim!!

I have bought this swim cap for years, however, upon buying my next one, I noticed the quality has declined. The inside no longer has a texture, the shape of the cap is not like it was - the rim used to have a "lip" that better kept pool water off your hair. There is no longer a small "Speedo" logo molded (not just printed) into each side. All in all - its just a cheaper cap.

It is what it says. Soft texture, easy to put and remove, do not pull your hair. I use it to swim at a indoor swimming pool. I have a long hair and I can say that it is easy to manage with this cap.

Much better than the Speedo one I bought 3-4 years ago that finally tore. This one is more moulded to the shape of the head and has enough room for my below shoulder length hair (and a bit to spare). The last one I had to put on a seedless watermelon for a few days to stretch it out.
