Work great in the water, definitely giving you some propulsion along with a harder workout for your legs. I can feel a huge difference in my muscles when I use them, and I feel like they make me kick with better form.

These fins are a nice workout aid. By increasing resistance, they develop strength in ankles, calves and thighs; by exaggerating efficiency, they help fine-tune a swimmer's kick. Along with other aids like paddles and pull buoys, they add variety to a workout. The additional speed they create through the water makes a workout more fun. I am a male size 8 and needed a size "L (8-9)" fin; the size "M (7-8)" was impossibly tight. Best if you call to arrange product returns.

My coach had us get these as our new training fins. I have a size thirteen almost fourteen foot, so I got the largest size they had.When I got them I found that although the length of the foot area was good, they were very wide. So if you have long, skinnyish feet like me you might want to order one size down.

I like how they fit and perform but they tear out way too easily at the toe opening. I've owned several pairs and my only complaint is the rubber tearing.

Great multi-use fin. Long enough to get a serious leg workout but short enough so that kick tempo is not altered. Very comfortable and works well for all strokes other than breast. Only drawback is tendency to tear at the toe opening over time.

These are extremely comfortable and really propel me through the water. Nice fit. Helps to give your legs extra workout while swimming laps. Also, comfortable in the ocean catching waves for boogie boarding. My only complaint is that the blue rubber is melting onto and marking up everything that the fins are placed on after and in between uses. I'm not sure why? The orange part is fine. I'm concerned that they will not last. Only had them several months. Otherwise, they are great. PS They are sized for men. So, if you wear a 6 womens, size 4 will fit.
