We use the product almost every day in practice and I always get a nice feel for my stroke with these paddles. Really able to focus on your "catch" and be able to pull through the water with ease. Pretty durable and will take lots of wear. Although I was frustrated recently as my 2 1/2 year old paddle straps which Speedo doesn't make anymore can not be found anywhere anymore. You can't buy them individually and can't find them on any paddle. They were able to keep your hand on the paddle easier than the tubing that these paddles provide. So if the straps/tubing wears out (which it will after a while), then count on getting the paddles all over again. Wishing they sold individually... Great product however! Totally would recommend.

These weren't the comfort level I was expecting, I thought they'd be more flexible. Even though the straps are somewhat adjustable they aren't easy to move and they just didn't hit me in the right places, I ordered the smallest ones, I have small hands (am a 5'2" female) and they were just not comfortable to me, there was no way I could see using them for training. I ended up returning them.

this is a great it feels good on my hands and i have very long hands for being a women so i have to use mens size most of the time im happy there is somethinhg so nice ans kinda cute that looks girlish for my manly hands!!
