I bought these fins for my 9 year old to improve his whip. Only used them a couple of times so far, they keep his feet underwater (which is good), but technique is up to the swimmer. I think they will help keep his mind on the task. My 14 year old tried them (she made sections), and she said they help propel you further than bare feet. Put them on in the pool, don't let kids walk in them.

I use the fins in kicking drills. They're only good for breaststroke so you have to plan your workout accordingly or you'll lose time putting them on and taking them off. You can really feel the catch if your kick is correct as well as the slip when it's not. Be careful to order the right size. The wrong size would not work at all because they'd twist on your foot if the fit is too loose. If the size is too small you'll never get them on. I really feel the burn in my quads when I'm working out with them.

My 5 year old had issues with her breastroke kick and these fins got her to flex her feet and kick the right way in about a week. Absolutely amazing! She just did her first legal breaststroke in a meet and is very proud of herself. These fins were, by far, the best training aid we have ever purchased.

Great for learning correct breastroke kick since you really feel the catch and really feel it when you miss the catch. Provides a fantastic workout for advanced competitors. Highly recommend. Very durable. NOTE - does not stretch at all so be careful on size.

I run a year round competitive swim school and these fins greatly accelerate the breaststroke whip kick learning process. Kids can really feel the "catch" at the top of their kick. Great for stretching and improving ankle flexibility also. Thanks for bringing this fin to market!
