Great belt for deep water aerobics class. Easy to fold up and transport. Dries quickly but it does retain a lot of water that is difficult to remove when you take it off. Have to put it in a plastic bag to transport.
Better than ones at YMCA since it does have some back support. Have to really tighten belt for best performance.

I'm a nationally acclaimed track athlete. After running in the national championships my junior year in high school, I severely injured my knee. I tried everything that said it would heal me. But everything I tried only healed me temporarily, not permanently. This product, with much use, has greatly helped in my healing process. It has taken a little over a year, but I am slowly beginning to be myself again as a runner. I only wish I had discovered this product either before or right after I injured myself because it has made all the difference. By keeping my endurance and heart rate up, I am still in shape even though I am just getting over a severe knee injury, and that is very important! Regarding my knee's healing, I am very thankful to first of all God and secondly to all those related to Speedo.
