I use this model for swimming a mile per session. It is a snug fit which contributes greatly to a all around free feeling for movement in the water with no drag that helps with speed.

This is an excellent suit that fits and feels great. The new endurance + fabric is really nice and a big improvement in comfort over the previous versions. There is no need to size up with this suit as the cut is generous by design. I found this brief to be more comfortable than a jammer on my thinner build.
