I swim 3 /4 times a week and I have bought these pair for around 3 months. It becomes very thin and stretched very quickly. The quality becomes so poor, you can not use them anymore.
I swim almost every day. This jammer is a good practical training suit that performs well day in and day out. The only drawback is it has faded very quickly - within six weeks my suit has gone from black to gray.
I used this suit for about 10 swim practices, about 25 hours of use, and this resulted in the black suit turning a very light grey color. It is also now unusable, because it has become too thin with use.
This was my first jammer, and I bought it at Dick's Sporting Goods. For some reason it seems as if every design Speedo makes has its own cut and fit, even in the same size. I tried many different designs, but this one fit me best, didn't have that gap at the top on my butt. It's lasted quite a while, almost a year, and though admittedly I haven't used it very much (maybe 40 hours) I can see that some of the thread is unraveling at the seams though. it seems to be fading just a bit, but I'm not sure.
i use my suit for aqua zumba, aqua yoga, aqua aerobocis and was disappointed by fading, within the 1st week, even with the recommended washing instructions; [...] my email to Speedo USA resulted in no response...
