I bought a medium size thinking it would fit. If you had a small head you should buy this one, if you have a medium-large get a large.

I was out to purchase the entire FS3 gear (Cap Goggle and Swimsuit) I did purchase them and also managed to check out the Aqua V which had similar shape of what the FS3 cap was like. Since I wasnt wanting to use the FS3 cap for my local swimming competitions and practice I purchased a few of these ones and must say they fit better, much better than the FS3 actually. Infact MP wears this all the time for most of the competitions including Olympic too.

I purchased a size M cap. Although the cap is comfortable, it's too small. The cap doesn't cover my ears. My head, according to my hair stylist, is average in size. I should have ordered a size L cap.

I have very long hair and lots of it, and I tried and tried to get this cap on and it just wouldn't stretch enough for me to get my hair in it. I wouldn't say its a bad cap because I really haven't gotten a chance to use it, it just isn't true that one size fits all.
