I swim for an hour, five days a week and wear contact lenses, so there it absolutely necessary that the goggles I use be durable, fit snugly and don't leak. I can attest that Vanquisher Mirrored goggles check off all the above conditions. These come with two sets of nose bands, so you can pick one that fits you best. They stay on for an hour and I have not felt any discomfort, while diving or swimming. They do tend to fog up a bit, but I use an anti-fog spray on them before every swim and that helps a lot. The water in the pool does seem slightly darker because the goggles are mirrored (I have the silver ones) but you still have great clarity, which is what you need.

So here's my story behind these: I bought these after my Raceviews broke since they looked pretty cool (which gave me the nickname Mr. Cool Goggles) however it was the first meet I used them since I got them and I only used them for the Medley Relay then immediately after that I had my IM, before I even got up to the blocks they snapped right at the nose piece, suddenly those goggles weren't so cool anymore >:(, I wanted to give them another try because I thought the previous pair was just a dud. I get the next ones that last me for about 2 months then THOSE ones snapped but on the opposite socket and I did NOT want to get another pair so i just put the 2 sockets together to make another pair and that pair lasted me quite a while over a year, I thought they were the best of the best until one night before my last high school meet, they fell off the side of the tub about a 1 foot drop and they snapped. Learn from my mistake and think not twice but 4 times before you get these goggles...literally

I am a junior in high school and have been swimming for 4 years and these are the only gogles I like to wear when I race. They make it so easy to see and do not leak wich can be annoying in the middle of a race.

I spent years using only the tyr advent goggle. They stopped producing them in 2008 and I bought like 15 pairs because it was the only goggle I was comfortable with. I ran out about a year ago and have been trialing different goggles ever since. I'm very happy with these goggles and their performance in the pool. I'll be buying this kind f giggles well into the foreseeable future.

I use these goggles for swim meets and swim practice and they are very reliable. It is hard to see in a dark area out of water but under water I can see great. They have to be worn tight or they leak so if you wear it for a long time it can hurt your eyes a little.Overall they are great goggles considering they are very cheap reliable.

I've been using these goggles for years, on a swim team in middle and high school and then afterwards. Yes, they fog sometimes, but they last long and fit my small(?) face well, and allow me to see well underwater. Also, I wear contacts under them, which I know you're not supposed to do, but I haven't had a problem with that or with water coming in.

This is a great performance goggle. I use these for competition only because I have to but they still fit very well. Good seal and stays leak-free for a long time. But beware, you will want to get anti-fog stuff for them because they fog a TON after quite a bit of use. Mine that I use for practice I have to de-fog them after every set. Gets kinda annoying, but overall, it's a solid and great practice goggle.

the googles looks nice, but I do not use them for an everyday training. I will not change my cheaper speedo googles that have foam around the eyes, they are quite confortable !!!

I've gone through several pair and styles of goggles to find something that isn't painful, and doesn't leak. I am a long course triathlete, and these are great.

The starps although adjustable, once and awhile come loose and need to be adjusted, but by far an excellent pair thus far from others that been purchased.

These are really great- I just stock up on them- I don't bother with any other brand or line. They do fog tho', and I'm not sure if it can be much improved.
I've had mine for several years now, so I expect the anti-fog to be gone by now. I notice if I spend some time polishing them a bit with my suit or my towel, it helps a lot.
One thing tho'- I notice that they can be pretty fog-free depending on the conditions. Like, if I'm taking a break and I've moved them to my head, sometimes they're completely clear of fog and moisture, which you wouldn't expect- I'm thinking they warmed up in the sun and got clear.

Great goggles, but less durable than old Vanquisher. Also, the curved back clasp is great, but cannot be replaced. Would be nice to have an extra with the set.

I've been using this goggle specifically for the last ten years. These fit my face well, they don't leak, and they work wonderfully in the sun in open water. I've tried other brands and other styles, but this is the one for me.

U might need to consider purchasing some de fogging solution these fog a lot. Also search universal oggle straps, or also known bungi cords as replacement straps the one that come with the goggle pull ur hair out when u take the goggles off. These also scratch very easily so don't throw them around unless you make daily trips to retailers

I use these goggles 3 times a week for about an hour each time. This is only the second pair of goggles I've ever owned, but these blow my preious ones out of the water (pun intended). They are comfortable and I can wear them the whole hour and not have to worry about them leaking. The only problem, and I probably caused it by not following the care instructions, is that they started fogging up during the second time I used them. I would definitely recommend these goggles. Plus, they are some of the least expensive you can find, so you have nothing to lose.
