This skirt does not have a flattering wasteline. It made me have a huge muffin top. I have other swim bottoms that actually flatten the stomach area instead of squishing it up into a bulge. I don't think a bigger size would have done much to eliminate the bulge. I think because it's such a thin strip of elastic at the wasteline that it's bound to give anyone a muffin top.

I was looking forward to the skirt tankini combo, but the skirt was not very flattering. the elastic for the waistband and legs is thin and kinda digs into your skin making you look like a sausage link... and I'm an average fit. I tend to like thicker elastic waistbands because they are more comfortable and give smoother lines.
